Charles began his career in real estate as a property manager in Albuquerque in 1998, quickly discovering a passion for helping people make confident and rewarding property decisions. By 2001, he became both a licensed real estate broker and REALTOR®, and over the past two decades, he has built a respected reputation for his deep market knowledge, client-first approach, and commitment to excellence.

An active member of the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors (GAAR) and Commercial Association of Realtors of New Mexico (CARNM), Charles has been proudly serving the greater Albuquerque area for decades. His experience spans both residential and commercial real estate, allowing him to expertly guide clients through everything from their first home purchase to complex investment and development opportunities.

Beyond real estate, Charles has leveraged his success and drive into other ventures—most notably, professional monster truck racing—where his competitive spirit and generosity earned him recognition as Monster Jam’s Humanitarian of the Year four times for his dedication to helping children and supporting charitable causes.

Having performed in front of stadiums of more than 100,000 fans and been featured on worldwide television, Charles knows how to perform under pressure—a skill that translates directly into calmly managing even the most challenging real estate transactions.
