Charles Brenner

Charles (Charlie) Brenner moved to Florida as a child when his family traveled by boat from New Jersey in the late 1950s. After high school he served four years in the Air Force, then moved to Central Florida in the 1960s to work with IBM on the Apollo Program at Cape Canaveral.

Charlie is a true rocket scientist, but as the Apollo Program slowed down in 1969, he moved to Orlando to begin his real estate career. He learned real estate from the ground up and went on to form the first exclusively commercial real estate company in 1979 in Winter Park.

He is a visionary and trend-setter in Florida for commercial real estate over six decades, guiding future land use and promoting property rights in Tallahassee, introducing cooperation between commercial brokers for property marketing, and assisting owners in lowering their property tax burden.
