Charles was very helpful in our home search. He exercised a lot of patience with us and I'm quite sure that we were annoying because we were not on the same page for the area and the type of home that we desired. If I contacted him in the middle of the night or early in the morning I always got a quick response. He even took it upon himself to pick houses out for us once he realized what we were both looking for. I feel comfortable enough to say that I would refer my family and friends to Charles. Im grateful for the time he invested in us.
