I just recently moved from Alabama and was looking for a house in the Virginia Beach area. Charles was recommended to me by a friend. He was truly a pleasure to work. He is very knowledgeable and knows the area very well. He was super patient and showed me a wide range of house until I found the right homes. We are a military family and were stationed in California. Charles was able to help us choose a home in Virginia through videos and video calls. He was available to answer any questions that arose. If he was unable to answer a question, he was able to connect us with someone who was able to answer. He connected us with a lender and both worked with us throughout the process. We didn’t arrive until a week or so after our closing and he was at the house with a key and gift in hand.
