Charles Dine

Charles T. Dine is an Arizona native and 20 year veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he served as an Airfield Services Officer. After retiring from the Corps in 2015, Charles and his wife of 25 years, Elizabeth, settled on Real Estate both as a way to continue service to their community and to work together. Charles and Elizabeth completed the KW training series Ignite, and Charles completed advanced training BOLD, which cemented their solid start in the profession. Charles went on to gain Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation while Elizabeth completed Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification (RENE) demonstrating their commitment to learning and excellence in service to their clients. Business activities are split according to these strengths which means every client hires a 2 for 1 powerhouse.


Charles and Elizabeth have a synergy which has enabled them to rise to top 7% performers across Maricopa County. Elizabeth employs her extensive experience with contracting and accounting in the financial and construction industries while Charles utilizes his Professional Selling Skills certification to market team listings to broad reach, handle client and cross agent objections as well as leveraging his adroit interpersonal skills gained leading Marines to communicate. They employ these extensive skills to ensure every real estate transaction is brought to successful and timely completion. Charles serves on the KW East Valley Associate Leadership Council, which is akin to a company board of directors, where he Co-chairs the brokerage Productivity Committee, serves on the Town of Gilbert Veterans Advisory Board as well as the AZ Veterans Leadership Council and is a member of the following KW Communities: KW Military & KW New Homes.
