CJ went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only was our house sold quickly, CJ provided a rental home until we found our perfect place. CJ went further by accommodating our dogs, installing a fence on the rental property. CJ used his resources and knowledge to find us our dream home. He was professional and paid attention to details.

CJ Funk was my realtor in 2018, he sold our home at full listing price in less than a week. He also was our realtor on our new home, that is a new build, He was with me from day of signing a contract to pre construction meeting, to pre Drywall meeting to final walk thru and closing. He was always on time for every meeting and addressed all my concerns with the builder. In addition to being my realtor he was also my landlord, he put us in one of his rental properties (which was very nice) until our home was complete. He has also done handyman work for me, such as hanging blinds, installing new toilets, ceiling fans and other projects and we find his work to be top quality. CJ Funk is a really terrific person that I am honored to call a friend. I would recommend him as a #1 realtor for any and all real estate needs.
