Since beginning his real estate career in 2003, Charles has navigated multiple market cycles and brings a calm, data-driven approach to every transaction. He has extensive experience with traditional resales, luxury homes, relocation clients, new construction, investment properties, foreclosures and short sales.
Prior to real estate, Charles spent 13 years with Delta Air Lines, where he led international business development through alliance partnerships across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. That background sharpened his negotiation strategy, analytical thinking and client advocacy skills he now applies daily on behalf of his real estate clients.
A Brookhaven resident, Charles is deeply involved in the communities he serves. He has held leadership roles on numerous local boards and organizations, including serving as President of the Murphey Candler Baseball Board, President of the Highgrove Property Owners’ Association and President of the Brookhaven Close HOA. He also participates in the Leadership Perimeter organization and has served on the City of Brookhaven Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee, the Murphey Candler Park Master Plan stakeholder committee and the Steering Committee for the City of Brookhaven Comprehensive Master Plan 2034.
