Charles Johnson, SIOR

Originally from San Diego, Charles Johnson went out of state to pursue a Medical education in Colorado but ended up gravitating to Construction Management & Real Estate during his elective coursework. After fully committing to the industry, Charles simultaneously enrolled in college courses in California and earned his California Real Estate license at age 19. After earning his Bachelor’s Degree at Colorado State University, Charles moved back to California to come and work with DAUM.

A consistent top producer since his first year, Charles has broken several records within the company and became the youngest shareholder in DAUM’s 100-year history at age 27. Charles is well versed in Real Estate and has a track record of conducting complex transactions while keeping his clients interests at the forefront. Being organized, persistent and a quick study has proven effective for Charles’s success within our firm and he shows no signs of relenting.
