Charles Kyriacos received his Florida Real Estate License in 1991 after leaving Bertram Yacht in Miami, where, for the past 17 years, he served as a Manager in Inventory Control, Purchasing, and Materials. Charles graduated from West Virginia Institute of Technology in Montgomery, West Virginia, with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management and a Minor in Computer Science. He is also a proud member of The Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity, West Virginia Epsilon Chapter.
Charles has called Broward County home since his arrival in Florida. His primary service area includes Fort Lauderdale and Broward County, where he works with clients buying and selling houses, hotels, restaurants, businesses, and more.
Growing up, Charles was surrounded by family members who were deeply rooted in the restaurant and hotel business, fostering his love for the Hospitality Industry. He and his cousin co-owned a Restaurant and Gourmet Food Delivery Service in the Miami-Coconut Grove Area. Charles also has experience managing and operating large restaurants, nightclubs, and even a bowling alley with an entertainment complex in the Fort Lauderdale area.
