Charles Lieu

Charles Liu first started his real estate brokering and investment career in 2004 and has extensive knowledge in-house remodeling construction and residential household electrical system. He has bought remodeled sold quick turn investment homes for clients as well as for himself over the years. He has worked on integrating solar systems on houses and understand the new demands on house electrical system brought on by electric cars and solar installations and the complexity in real estate transaction as a result of leased solar systems.

Charles is also actively working on land entitlement process to convert a previously low-density 73000 SF residential lot into a high-density residential development in Castro Valley area.
