Working with Charles was an absolute pleasure. From day one, he took our wants/needs into account and showed us homes that fit both our vision and our budget. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions. Charles was always available to demystify the process. Not only did he find us a home in the neighborhood where my grandparent's lived for over 20 years...but he got it in budget, with more bedrooms and bathrooms than we thought possible!
