We have worked with Charles now on two real estate transactions. The most recent was the most challenging, occurring in a highly competitive and demanding market. Chuck worked with me through every step of the listing and selling process, going way beyond what any other realtor would have done. He met with trades while I was at work, as well as locating quality professionals for repairing our pond, painting, and upgrading our deck. He also recommended a price that was perfect for the market. If I ever engage in another Virginia real estate transaction (we moved to Colorado) I would only use Chuck.
