Charles Patten

Charles began his real estate career in 1998 and has overseen operational performance for lease-up, stabilized, and new construction properties in markets throughout the US. He possesses expertise in identifying operational strategies to achieve property goals, monitoring property performance, and generating strategies for improvement. He has significant experience creating comprehensive budgets, implementing effective cost controls, and maximizing revenue. He leads highly effective teams who conduct detailed market analyses, oversees complex capital expenditure and renovation projects, develop and maintain detailed operational policies and practices, hiring and coaching associates, and negotiate with suppliers. Prior to joining New Earth Residential, Charles held leadership roles at SPS, Bridge Property Management, Alliance Residential, and Avenue 5 Residential. He is a licensed real estate agent in Utah and holds an accredited residential manager (ARM) certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
