Chuck’s range of personal and professional experiences in property investment and finance have provided him with a strong base of knowledge that has served him and his clients for over 19 years as a real estate broker. He first became involved in the industry as a home flipper. The construction and design knowledge that he gained during those years helped establish strong marketing plans, estimating property values as well as sound strategies for selling a property. He has sold everything from single family homes, condos, investment properties, new developments, commercial spaces and warehouses to a cottage on a small island in the suburbs of Chicago. He come from a banking background as a Vice President of Retail Banking with a staff of over 500 employees with very competitive sale goals. Strong marketing and time management skills were required to achieve those objectives. Additionally, he has worked as a loan officer and understands how to help buyers with their mortgage lending needs. He prides myself on his commitment to quality service with excellent follow through. He makes a point to guide his clients through each step of the buying and selling process. He is an open and available communicator, ready to answer questions or offer advice whenever needed. Chuck considers the most satisfying aspect of working in real estate sales to be the positive change that he brings to peoples lives. He goes the extra mile for his clients when they purchase and sell their properties. He is not an agent that puts on a lockbox and then leaves without any further contact until an offer is received. A native Chicagoan, he specializes in working with both experienced and first-time home buyers, sellers and investors within the markets of Chicago and surrounding suburbs. He has lived in the communities of Lincoln Square, Ravenswood, Edgewater, Rogers Park, West Rogers Park, Lincolnwood and Skokie so he is very familiar with those communities and their surrounding areas. Since his family members all live on the south side and their suburbs, he is also familiar with those communities. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, watching movies and playing his music in his home recording studio.
