Charles (“Chuck”) Tini has been owner and president of Charles Tini & Associates, LLC, CT Associates, Inc. and related companies since 1999. Mr. Tini is personally involved in ensuring that his senior staff and site managers pay attention to the details that continue to earn the CTG companies’ reputation for excellent property management.
Mr. Tini began working with the CTG part-time while in college and progressed to a full-time capacity following his graduation in May 1996 from the University Of Maryland School Of Law. Mr. Tini obtained much of his field experience in the 1990s while working as a senior property manager for the Florida region that included thirteen (13) affordable rental communities consisting of approximately 1,850 units located in South Florida. These rental communities encompassed FHA-insured, federal and local Section-8 subsidized, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, HOME, SAIL and Municipal Bond programs. In addition, Mr. Tini worked extensively with conventional and non-profit owners and developers formulating refinancing and re-development plans for affordable rental communities. While a senior property manager, Mr. Tini developed and implemented several social service programs including Neighborhood Network Centers, adult life skills training programs and youth education/mentoring programs.
