Charles Wilcox is the Designated Broker and Co-Owner of Wilcox Real Estate.

Several years ago, Janette and Charles partnered together to form Wilcox Real Estate, to give their clients, the absolute best representation possible. They have built their own brokerage to focus their energies on what they love about Real Estate best: helping people. Wilcox Real Estate promises to always tell you the truth - even if you don't want to hear it. They love winning - and that means their client’s needs always come first!

Charles started his career in Real Estate over 20 years ago, starting out as a Mortgage Loan Officer at one of the Puget Sound's leading banks. After the large Real Estate shift of 2008, he decided to pursue his passion for Real Estate by going in a slightly different direction and became a Licensed Real Estate Broker in 2013. For the past 6 years, Janette and Charles have closed an average of 80 transactions a year.

Focusing most of his energy toward the sellers and listings, Charles employs a unique strategy to list and sell homes quickly. He has a solid relationship with several of the Puget Sound Area's top mortgage lenders, title and escrow companies, legal firms and real estate brokerages.

Outside of his Real Estate interests and pursuits, Charles is father to four children including his 16-year-old daughter, Ellie and a husband to a wonderful wife and business partner, Janette. He is a member of the Buckley Eagles and attends a local church. Charles enjoys music, playing guitar and singing, movies, traveling, and projects around the farm.
