As one of Southern California’s top brokers, Charles leads by example when recruiting, training, and hiring agents in OC. In his role, Charles maximizes agent production, enacts the latest company initiatives, oversees day-to-day activities, and manages structure in the workplace. He helps build and grow the business of 50+ agents in the office, teaching them the ins and outs of the industry. Charles has led Matthews’ Orange County office toward immense productivity and expansion as a natural leader and well-trusted resource. In 2022, the Orange County office was awarded the top producing Matthews’ office in the U.S.

Charles’ background is in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily properties, where he is apt for outworking the competition and giving every deal 110 percent. Throughout his career, Charles has completed 150+ transactions totaling over $500M. His unrelenting drive and determination to putting his clients’ needs first have helped Charles build an expansive network of clients, including private investors, institutions, developers, publicly-traded REITs, and some of the country’s largest apartment owners.
