Charley Sorrow is an absolute star....We were extremely happy with Charley's exceptional work in securing our home. She worked so hard and efficiently to ensure she had our interest at heart when approaching the seller. She is honest, thorough and to the point leaving no room for confusion or time wasting.
My husband and I were introduced to Charley by our dear friends whom she also helped to purchase their home. We live in the UK so the process was somewhat challenged with a 5 hour time difference, but again Charley worked with us and ensured that the process ran as smoothly as possible.
We have already recommended Charley to a couple of friends who will be looking to purchase their homes in Georgia.

My realtor Charley Sorrow is THEE best realtor I've worked with. I'd been looking for a house for months with no luck at all. I was being out bid and cash offers were coming in and snatching the houses I thought I wanted. Market aside I felt my previous agent was not really selling ME, instead she would take me to houses and try to sell the HOUSE to me. But then I was introduced to Charley Sorrow who swooped in with an invisible cape, a wealth of knowledge and just a boss in real estate! In just TWO WEEKS of meeting and working with Charley she found a house and took me to view it and I fell in love! I tried not to get my hopes up because of my past experience with falling in love with other houses. However, Charley used all of her magical realty fairy dust and she got my offered accepted (She sold ME to the seller). I am ecstatic to say I closed on that house yesterday 11/12/21. I give Charley a 5 because she is the best REALTOR in Georgia!
My husband and I felt lead to relocate from Florida to Georgia and since we were a little familier with the area we wanted to live in Georgia we elected to buy instead of renting. Finding a good, trustworthy realtor to work with was our top priority and not knowing where to start, we prayed and asked God to help us find the best realtor to help us.
I contacted a few real estates companies in the area who just put us on a list that would send us houses that matches our search criteria every week but that was not working for us.
One morning about 4:00am I woke up out of my sleep with a great desire to surf the web for houses and a realtor, came across a few websites, but only entered my contact information into one of the sites, then closed the computer and fell back asleep. "I say that was destiny".
The following morning I received a text or a call from Charley introducing herself and requesting a good time to call. I informed her that we were at work and will call her later. My husband and I called her later that evening and the rest was history. The moment we spoke we clicked and united instantly and knew Charley was an answer to our pray and would be our destiny helper throughout our home buying experience.
Charley is very professional, knowlegable, trustworthy, friendly, cares about her clients needs over hers and would do her best for them.

Just over a year and a half ago, I began helping my sister and brother-in-law prepare to buy a home in FL. Then shortly getting them preapproved in October, my brother-in-law had an opportunity to transfer to Lagrange, GA with his company so they decided to explore a move to GA.

After some searching and praying, my sister eventually felt the right connection with Charley and we agreed to do a referral to her. A few weeks later, I travelled with them to meet Charley and tour several homes in the area. With Charley's guidance and negotiating, their offer on one of the homes was eventually accepted. There were several hurdles along the way and Charley has been amazing and negotiating skillfully to find a reasonable solution in each situation.

As a fellow real estate professional, I am so happy that my sister felt the right connection with Charley. It has been a pleasure to work together to help my family through the process. Charley is a true professional, so knowledgeable, a great negotiator, and also a great listener and communicator.

Charley is truly amazing and has made my first time home buying experience very smooth and stress less. For starters she is not your average realtor. She is very family oriented and is very patient with each client. She is diligent when it comes to finding listings as well as viewing listings. But what I appreciated the most is that she is very informative and will stop but nothing to ensure that her clients and happy and satisfied with the property they choose. I am a part time real-estate investor since still having a full-time job, so time is a precious commodity when trying to find potential investment properties as well as selling properties after renovation. So, I need a reliable agent that knows both the local area well and a good knowledge of the broader Atlanta Metropolitan region. I need an experienced agent that knows the intricacies of putting together a complex seller’s contract as well as understanding the buyer’s/agent contract. What is also paramount for my needs is an agent that quickly responds with reliable information to my emails, texts and calls.

I met Charley a couple years ago through a common acquaintance. After a lengthy conversation about her level of experience, understanding of the contracting process, as well as other related issues I decided to try her out as a listing agent on one of my properties. I was very impressed with the service provided and she continues to be both my buying and listing agent. It has been a very effective working relationship.
