Charlie Allen

Charlie is a lifelong Seattle resident with deep roots in Magnolia and Queen Anne. He attended Queen Anne High School and the University of Washington. After growing up on Queen Anne his wife Jennifer and he lived in Magnolia since their marriage in 1985. His three boys all attend local schools and are active in youth activities. He has a tremendous amount of real-life experience in the community. By understanding the importance of selling or purchasing a home, he is committed to making the process truly clear and understandable. He is sensitive to the fact that most clients will only go through this process a few times in their lives, and they need someone to help them through it. He wants it to be as pleasant an experience as possible, so that when it is completed his clients know that they have had an agent that got the best for them, while removing hurdles along the way.
