About Charlie

I currently live in Rock Hill, SC and cover the Greater Charlotte / Fort Mill area. Our kids are grown, living in Chicago and Rock Hill. It's nice to have the grandchildren nearby. I enjoy the walking trails, tubing the Catawba and all the cycling activities that my neighborhood, River Walk has to offer. I retired from the golf world after 25 years of extensively traveling the US as a National Sales Manager for a few different companies. It's nice to be home every night for change. I'm looking forward to returning to FSU for a game or two this season.

The current seller's market that has been elevated to another level here in Rock Hill now that the Panthers have broken ground on their new practice facility! It will also feature a new hotel and multiple restaurants. This little town offers so much to do and enjoy!
