We encountered the perfect agents, Charlie and Donna Laurens, to sell our house when we called all the agents who had houses listed in our neighborhood. Our home buying eexperience with Pamela Laurens from the Rose and Wobble Perfect House Team was a text book home buying experience. Being first time home buyers and hearing negative home buying stories from family and friends we were concerned that the process would be painful. Pamela Laurens and her team eased our concerns and fears. During our home buying process, I felt I was getting false information from the mortgage broker. After calling Pamela and expressing my concerns she immediately called the broker, handled the situation and called me back with the answers I needed hear . We were in a crunch and needed to sell the house fast since I am in the military and am transferring out of the area. I was real worried about the possibility of having a mortgage in one state and paying rent in another. I was recommended by a close friend to the Perfect House Team in February of this year. What impressed me about The Perfecthouse Team was they came in and understood my predicament and went to work. The did a really thorough market analysis, had a prfoessional photographer come in and the pictures they took made my house shine. I was amazed at how good they made my house look on the internet, which is where over 70 percent af all houses for sale are found so it is reall important that the photos draw attention to your house and they did just that. Within 4 days we had two contracts that were competing for my house which drove up the purchase price and a month and a half later we closed on the house. I would recommend The Perfecthouse Team to anyone who wants someone to represent them that knows more about selling a house than any other real estate team around, that can give you the advantage through their representation and their knowledge of this business, which can be real tricky at times and you don't want to give anything away that you dont have to.

Charlie & Donna , I remember at some point after Julie and I bought our house with your great help, realizing that the reason we took as long as we did, with both of you showing us house after house, was because along with house shopping we were neighborhood shopping at the same time.
