Charlie O'Neill

Charles O’Neill, Managing Broker, started the company in 2011, initially as Watch City Real Estate LLC. In 2019, recognizing the opportunities in the Greater Boston area, he re-chartered the business as Charles River Properties LLC. From a small business operated out of his home office, Charles has built the company into a thriving enterprise with licensed sales representatives working in two office locations, Newton and most recently in Cambridge. With the support of landlords in the Waltham area, Charles was a founder of the Charles River Rental Housing Association, a chapter of Mass Landlords. He is a graduate of Northeastern University.
