Married to a residential architect, Charlina is keenly attuned to the ever-changing market trends in the new and custom home industry. Since 2015, Charlina has visited 13 European countries and met with brokers in Sotheby's International Realty® offices around the world and across the United States. Her extensive international marketing efforts earned her the Premier Sotheby's International Realty 2015 International Marketing award. Due to her wide network of buyers, sellers and Sotheby's International Realty colleagues, Charlina has also been recognized as a referral leader in her brokerage which includes over 1,100 REALTORS®. She regularly attends the Sotheby's International Realty Global Networking Event and other Sotheby's events where Charlina interacts with associates from around the world to further promote her international marketing efforts. At the 2019 Global Network Event in Vancouver, she was chosen as a panel speaker to discuss strategies to increase referral business. Charlina has consistently received awards for high sales volumes - the Silver Multimillion-Dollar Award in 2018; the Gold Multimillion-Dollar Award in 2020 and the Gold Multimillion-Dollar Award in 2021. She is also a Golf Property Specialist, a Military Network Specialist and Waterfront Property Specialist.
Charlina's community involvement includes serving as an ambassador to The Patton Foundation which stands in strong support of our military and veterans, honoring their commitment to service and encouraging understanding and motivation of commitment to military service so that future generations appreciate the price of freedom. She also serves as an ambassador for Patton Legacy Sports which is dedicated to preserving the legacy of General George S. Patton, Jr. and his commitment to athleticism, self-discipline, camaraderie, strategy and courage.
Outside of real estate, she enjoys cooking and baking, wine, traveling and camping/hiking. Originally from Lowell, Massachusetts, Charlina attended Virginia Western College in Roanoke, Virginia.
