By client demand, Charlotte Chang has expanded into commercial real estate — helping business owners find, lease, and negotiate office and retail space across the West Valley and Greater Phoenix Metro area.
The move into commercial came from her clients. Years of representing Taiwanese and Asian investors and business owners on the residential side meant those same clients started asking her for help with their office and retail needs too. She said yes, and built the same reputation for straight talk into her commercial practice.
Charlotte works bilingually in English and Traditional Chinese, giving her a direct line to Taiwanese and Asian business owners navigating the Phoenix commercial market — many of them drawn to the area by TSMC's growing footprint and the ripple effect it's having on local business demand.
Her track record speaks for itself. Charlotte closed over $10 million in sales in 2024 and $14 million in 2025, earning West USA's President's Award both years. She's handled complex deals other agents pass on — double 1031 exchanges under tight deadlines, corporate-entity purchases for overseas buyers, cash offers that needed to move fast.
