If you are in the market for a realtor to sell your home, please use Charlotte. We had a gorgeous home in South Mississippi and decided to move to Florida. We were in no hurry because we knew our location may take some time. We were right and wrong! Other homes in our area are still on the market, but Charlotte was able to find the "needle in the haystack" perfect buyers through her aggressive marketing. Thanks to her we sold our home quickly and have already closed on our Florida home; all while other homes for sale in our area are still sitting for sale.

Charlotte and her entire team was timely, professional, and motivated while still making us feel like family. They took my calls without delay, answered all of my detailed questions and returned calls immediately if they were otherwise engaged.

First I would like to tell you how me buying another house came about. My sister saw this house for sell and told me about it. I really wasn't interested but she started telling me how nice it was so she got the address and gave it to me. I looked it up on the internet and fell in love with it. I thought I would have to have a downpayment. I had money saved up but I thought I would need more so I told her that I was going to save a little more and then try for it. She said that a lot of people were probably trying for it and if I waited I would most likely lose it. I called KW realtors and asked if they did VA loans. I was told no but they put me in touch with a lady by the name of Nancy Cruse who handle VA loans. I called her. She asked me a few questions and told me she would give me a call back in about 20 minutes. When my phone rang I just knew the answer was going to be NO. To my surprise the answer was YES. I give the ladies at Keller Williams Realty Services in Bogalusa 5 stars. They were and are the nices people you could ever meet. When we finally met in person it was as if we had known each other for years. If I had questions all I had to do was pick up the phone and call them no matter what day it was. This is a journey that I would not have wanted to travel with anyone else. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to buy a house. I just want to say thank you and tell you how much I appreciate everything you did for me.and if it wasn't for Ms Nancy we would have never met. God put people in other people's life for a reason and I will always remember Hannah, Melissa and Ms Nancy. You all will always have a special place in my heart and I will never forget you guys.

Wow! Where to begin with this amazing team?! Charlotte was referred to me for her vast experience, knowledge, and great reviews. Little did I know what amazing human beings she and her team of people turned out to be. The sale of the house in Louisiana was a little complicated for me because of a death in the family and the fact that I live in Colorado! She made things so much easier for me traveling back and forth and putting me at ease many a times when I got overwhelmed with it all! I seriously could not have done this and in the time it was all done without her and her whole team! I love you Charlotte Johnson! I HIGHLY recommend Charlotte for any and all your real estate needs! I can not say enough great things about Charlotte, Melissa and Hannah! They will be forever coined the "TERRIFIC TRIO" for my family. Being an active duty military family and trying to normalize another move to a new city and the pressures that come with it, these ladies were amazing and gave us the warm southern welcome to the area we needed. The knowledge of what we came to learn are parishes (neighborhoods) is unmatched, providing recommendations of where the best place for our family to be in the community based on our priorities and enjoy the NOLA culture was much appreciated. Taking the time to explain and share with us the nuisances of buying property in Louisiana, as well as the key elements to look for that are specific to the area that we wouldn't have known to be aware of was crucial. The team knowing we only had a few days to find a home after driving 17 hours from North Carolina, took the pressure we were feeling and took it in stride. They reassured us we wouldn't settle for just anything but the right home for us. After 20+ showings in two days and listening to what we liked and disliked and fine tuned the showings down to what spoke to our family needs we found a great home, one we can see creating our future family memories in. Everyone in the office went above and beyond to get my mom in the home that she wanted -- from Melissa, my mom's realtor, to Hannah, the office's executive assistant, to Charlotte doing what she does to clear out unexpected obstacles and make everything come together. My wife and I had decided to sell our future retirement home as we wanted to move closer to our children. We lived out of state and needed a realtor that would make selling our home a priority by keeping us informed of the selling process from the steps required to list our home, feedback on prospective buyers and ultimately the steps required to close the sale of our home. Our realtor needed to be very responsive to our texts, emails and phone calls. Once the decision to sell our home was made, the next step was to find a realtor that met our needs.
My wife and I started searching online for a realtor. We were limited to selecting a realtor with a lot of experience and good reviews. There were a least a dozen realtors that met those requirements which made the selection process that much harder. We both liked Charlotte Johnson and decided to give her a call.
The phone call went great, and we knew we had made the right decision to call Charlotte. Charlotte had the track record, experience, and an excellent marketing strategy, but it was the confidence she had in her ability to sell our house that appealed to us. We told her all of our concerns and she answered all of them to our satisfaction. Charlotte ended the phone call by saying, “I sell homes for a living, I’m good at it, I have a great staff and we’ll take care of you”. And that is exactly what she did.
We met Charlotte at our home, and she walked through all the rooms and the outside of the house. She suggested a few things we could do to make the home more appealing. We talked for about an hour as we wanted to know her strategy for selling a home and she wanted to know what we expected in a sales price and, more importantly, did we have a target for the amount of cash we wanted needed for a down payment on another home. Later that day Charlotte called with her recommended sales price which seemed high, but she assured us the home was priced right.
Charlotte explained that the next steps would be to notify the agents in her network that the house would be listed during the next few days, schedule a photographer and then she would list the home. Needless to say that her network of real estate agents, the excellent photo layout and her ability to work with the buyers paid off as we received a full cash offer before the For Sale sign was placed in our front yard!
Charlotte assigned one of her staff members, Hannah, to take us from the day of the sale through the closing process. Hannah was literally available 24/7. We sent texts and emails early and late in the day and her quick response time was very impressive.

In our opinion, Charlotte has the right recipe for success.

I’ve recently worked with Charlotte Johnson to sell my family home in Bogalusa. The home was originally built by my grandfather, had been in the family for three generations and following the passing of both parents, the decision was made to sell the home.

In addition to the emotional stress of selling a home that had only been owned by my family; I also had to deal with coordinating the sale from two time zones away as I left Louisiana decades ago.

That’s where Charlotte & her team came to the rescue. The approach taken was Charlotte invested her own money to make renovations to the home prior to listing it (she would then take her investment off the top at closing). Charlotte’s team did excellent work and there was no way I could have coordinated the renovation effort from two time zones away without Charlotte & her team.

Charlotte and her team were always very responsive and settled for nothing but the best. We did a couple of walk throughs together of the house, and she took pictures of everything no matter how little it was. Charlotte communicated with the builder consistently and made sure he got all of the issues fixed before we closed on the house. Charlotte is absolutely amazing and helped me throughout the entire process (from the slab being poured till the house was complete) which I appreciated very much since I was a first time buyer. She is not someone who will force and rush you into buying something, but instead gives you her honest opinion and will make sure everything is correct and how you want it before you close. Again, she is great and I cannot recommend her enough! I will definitely be using her and her team in the future!
