After graduating from The University of Georgia, Charlotte worked in corporate sales before finding her passion for real estate. Charlotte initially pursued a career in real estate because she loves meeting new people and she enjoys the challenge fulfilling each client's unique wish list. Charlotte now has over 20 years of experience in the Williamsburg luxury real estate market, and she has had the pleasure of watching this area grow and blossom while retaining its charm.

Charlotte has been married to her college sweetheart for 19 years. They have three children that keep them entertained! Their teenage son is an avid basketball player and plays on his school team as well as travel teams. Their identical twin daughters are so much fun-they enjoy field hockey, swimming, and having fun with their friends!

Charlotte's favorite things to do here in Williamsburg are walking through Colonial Williamsburg in the mornings & evenings, Saturdays at the Farmer's Market, and days boating on the beautiful rivers that surround us.
