Wonderful couple to work with! Thorough and caring in every way throughout our buying process. Great videos were made of the home we purchased. Knew the community well that we were moving into. I am a local developer, I wanted to find a buildable lot with room for 8 homes in northern Santa Barbara County. Charlotte found me a lot that met my requirements in Lompoc. She negotiated a great price and was tenacious enough to get me through a complicated escrow. Charlotte had my best interests in mind the whole time.
