Charmayne is very professional and driven, she definitely knows her stuff when it comes to her business. I’ve done my research but Charmayne has taught me things I didn’t know or mentioned things I didn’t think to even ask about. I’m a Kaiser employee and Charmayne is more than willing to work with your schedule as much as possible. When I began my search as a first-time home buyer in Sacramento, I found Charmayne Alcones of the Fathom Realty Group Team. And when I say she is everything I wanted in a realtor; I truly mean it. She's knowledgeable, attentive and responsive; I told her exactly what I wanted and what I was looking for, and she is making all happen for me. She took the time to show and explain what areas would be the safest for my family, and I. Also what neighborhoods best-fit what I'm looking for.

Her familiarity of the Sacramento and Northern California area is impressive, and her customer service is impeccable. Anytime I had a question for Charmayne, I promptly got an answer. No question was insignificant! She took the time to seek out answers to the many, many questions I had for her, and explain the entire home-buying process to me.
