Growing up in a contractor’s household, Chase developed an early, deep understanding of housing and construction. After relocating from Pinehurst, North Carolina, to Chicago in 2015, Chase immersed himself in the local real estate market, quickly becoming a dedicated advocate for his clients’ needs.

Chase and his wife, Megan, live in Avondale, where they own and occupy a beautifully rehabbed multi-unit and manage a thriving Airbnb in their attic studio. Outside of real estate, they love exploring Chicago’s neighborhoods and staying active through CrossFit, tennis, and running.
