Ahh the journey of house buying for a first timer can be so daunting. I came across the "Queen of Bergen County" only after dismissing a few realtors. You can say I am bit of a matter of fact person and don't have much patience for realtors pushing their own agendas on you.
From day 1 Chassidy showed me how personable, detail oriented, well spoken and organized she was. I wasn't even sure what I wanted for my first home. She taught me about comps and specs and house after house viewings I began to shape what I was truly looking for. God bless her patience! Through the transaction itself she kept my team organized asking for status updates every couple of days. She offered me peace of mind knowing someone "is all over it" and I don't need to.
I would hands down use Chassidy again! She heard so much of my personal BS, I consider her a friend. So if you are a newbie in this market or even a savvy veteran don't do yourself a disservice and at least have a conversation with her, you will not regret it! Thank you Chassidy!

We worked with Chassidy while searching for a short term rental and she was incredibly diligent in her search to find us a rental. I did not expect great service based upon our needs and the potential low commission, but Chassidy gave us the same amount of time and attention as if we were purchasing a home. She was in touch with us at least once every few days to provide an update on the search and to share potential rentals. She also took the initiative to call ahead and inquire if the rental would even be available on a short term basis in order to be mindful of our time. When the opportunity arises, I will definitely want to work with Chassidy again.
