Chau-Hien Hoang was referred by a friend. The wonderful thing Hien quickly showed was the genuine concern she had for us. I was pregnant at the time and we would have closed a deal right away because we wanted to get a house before I gave birth. We hastily made offers on two houses. The first offer was on a new, very modern, spacious, and ready-to-move-in townhouse, but the schools in the area were not good. The second was a smaller townhouse, but the schools were good. In truth, the offers were half hearted because neither house met all our requirements. Hien advised us that we should not give an offer if we did not feel 100% sure about the house. It was a huge investment so it was a must that we really liked the house and that it checked off everything we were looking for. Hien was absolutely correct on that point, and we were thankful she placed more value in our needs instead of trying to close quickly to earn her commission. Ten months later, I reached out to Hien again and she diligently started scouting out houses for us, easily remembering all of our requirements. Soon enough she found the perfect one: right-sized house with a backyard, great location with excellent rated school districts, and (most importantly) fits our budget. As first time homebuyers, we could not have asked for a better agent. Hien patiently answered all of our questions, and even gave awesome advice on things we did not think to consider!

Although we looked at a number of houses in the area we wanted to move, Helen and my family knew this was the one! It was just a matter of sorting out the details. Helen handled this professionally and proficiently, keeping us informed throughout the process and helping us make decisions in our best interest. She truly cares about the families she is working with and demonstrates excellent competence in her skills.
