My husband and I needed to buy a house and the right home fast. Porter House International Realty group walked us through the process from beginning to end in less than 60 days! This was all in the midst of COVID-19 and a housing shortage. The Porter House International Realty group took care of us like we were their family, they educated us on the buying process; told us what a good offer would look like and advised us on how to bid on the property in today's competitive market.

Once the offer was accepted, Porter House International Realty Group made sure that a property inspector that had our best interest in mind made a thorough examination of the property. The inspector they referred us to was educated, and took his time to explain every facet of our home to us, the good, the not so good, and what would need to be done. Once he gave us the all clear, we were certain that we had a solid property on our hands.

From that point Porter House International Realty turned us over to the lender whom had already pre-approved us, but it did not stop there. Porter House International Realty continued to monitor the process even through the lending application and approval process.

Porter House International Realty Group is a top notch organization. I can't say enough good things about them. They were key in getting our family our dream home in less than 60 days from pre-approval to loan closing . Their connections such as Ameris Bank, Velocity Title Company, down to the lawyer that handled the closings were excellent professionals that treated us with respect and dignity. They were thorough and explained everything so that we knew exactly what to expect. There were no surprises at closing and everything went smoothly.

Porter House International Realty, if you are in a market for a home there is none greater! When I want to sell, buy or invest in property, Porter House International Realty will be our go to source!

Mr Porter has been nothing but a blessing. He was patient and was determined to get me the perfect house. After viewing so many homes I was feeling discourage and was ready to give up. Mr porter encouraged me and assured me that my house was coming, and told me to hang in there. In the end I ended up with the house I really wanted, and was happy I stuck in there.
