Born and raised in Las Vegas, Chelsea brings to the table over 17 years of customer service and hospitality management experience to your real estate needs. A graduate of Cimarron-Memorial High School and the University of Nevada Las Vegas, she possesses an in-depth knowledge of the Las Vegas Valley and can answer your questions about the housing market. She was licensed in 2020 and quickly built her sphere to close a combined 45 transactions encompassing buyers, sellers and renters. Her niche skills and expertise are working with First Time Homebuyers, Relocation Buyers and those in need of grant assistance via the Home Is Possible™ program. Chelsea also specializes in her knowledge of Centennial Hills, Lone Mountain Preservation Area, Skye Canyon, Providence, Sunstone, Tule Springs and Skye Hills communities and runs the community group called the "Northwest Las Vegas Network" https://www.nwlvnetwork.com.

Chelsea Atwell joined The Collura Group in 2021 to help Peggy Collura build her team brand, social media presence, and marketing reach. Together, Chelsea and Peggy are working to become a top producing team targeted at helping buyers and sellers in their favorite neighborhood – Centennial Hills! In 2022, Chelsea Atwell increased her sales from her first year in real estate and she was featured along with the team in the August 2022 issue of the Las Vegas Real Producers Magazine. She is also heavily involved with the Ladies of Las Vegas non-profit and is a Certified New Home Co Broker.
