Chelsea is a full-time real estate agent and former educator. Having lived in eight different states ranging from Wyoming to Florida, she knows the challenges that come with uprooting a family and getting settled in a new area.

Chelsea's dedication to understanding the real estate market, her client's needs and the ins and outs of every transaction are pillars of her business, and skills she prides herself on maintaining.

Chelsea is known for her commitment, perseverance, and work ethic. She used these qualities to obtain a Bachelor degree in Interdisciplinary Studies - a degree that has enhanced her communication and analytical skills, which are fundamental during any real estate transaction.

As a teacher, she excelled at being a perceptive listener with the ability to connect to many different personalities to achieve a common goal. These qualities make her a REALTOR with the ability to connect to her customers and individualize her service to fit their needs. She works with clients throughout the First Coast, including, St. Johns County, St. Augustine, St. Augustine Beach, Fleming Island, Orange Park, Green Cove Springs, Ponte Vedra, and Jacksonville Beach.

Also, having been the wife of an active-duty military husband, Chelsea is familiar with the unique challenges that military families face as they move into or transition out of an area.
