Born and raised in the ever growing Daytona Beach area, Chelsea has always called Omond Beach, Florida, "home." Chelsea attended Florida State University where she earned her Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science. While attending FSU, Chelsea was a member of FSU's first girls' club fastpitch softball team traveling throughout Florida and Georgia. Upon graduation, Chelsea realized her love for the water was where her heart will always be, so back to the coast she went. She has invested in the Volusia county areas of Ormond-By-The-Sea, Daytona Beach beachside area, and Ormond Beach mainland area where she resides with her family.

Chelsea has been a highly effective educator in core subjects for 7 years in both west and east Volusia County. Using her education background as well as her commitment and eye for detail she is able to specialize in adjusting to the buyer/sellers' needs for a positive home buying or selling experience.
