Chelsea Timmens

Chelsea Timmens graduated high school from Levelland ISD. Following that, she attended and played basketball at West Texas A&M University in Canyon, TX. She then spent 7 wonderful years teaching in Levelland ISD and Lubbock ISD. Her husband Seth and she have 3 boys who are active in school and sports! She is currently located in the developing city of Shallowater, Texas- but born and raised right in the Hub City.

Her business is run by referrals and with those whom she loves and their loved ones. She enjoys helping educate her clients with market knowledge to help them feel in control of their decisions. She is passionate about helping buyers, sellers, and investors.
