Chenoa's passion for real estate in Dallas and her commitment to her clients has continuously earned her numerous awards including the prestigious D Magazine ‘Best Of' for Dallas REALTORs. She is a requested speaker on negotiation, personal development, and her Native American heritage. She is a member of the Comanche and Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma and loves sharing about her culture.
A graduate from the University of Oklahoma, she moved to New York City and worked for one of the most iconic advertisings agencies and spent her time working on the Goldman Sachs and American Express brands. She has taken those experiences to help serve her clients well in marketing their homes. She also focuses on creating long-term value for her network by educating on renovating, the addition of square footage, and purchasing land and homes for investment purposes.
Chenoa is dedicated to getting a deal done through her wide network of clients, neighborhood associations, social media influencers, and other realtors. She is always looking to find the edge for her sellers and buyers with the latest technology and utilizing paid social media advertising. She maintains a focus on North Dallas and Richardson and has a weekly "Chenoa's Neighborhood Tour", on social media where she highlights local restaurants, parks, and retailers.
Her son, Ethan (St. John's Episcopal School and Cistercian Preparatory) is currently a sophomore at Notre Dame University, where the tailgates rival the Sooners. She spends her time with friends, cooking, checking out live music, attending Gateway Church, and looking for her next outdoor adventure. She is also currently building a new home in East Dallas which will be completed this summer.
