Working with Cheri was great! She is very communicative, responsive, and great to work with in this housing market. She was able to quickly provide us with listing information, schedule showings, and write offers to make us competitive in this market. My home buying experience with Cheri Anderson was the best one I've had out of the 4 homes I've purchased. In my opinion her greatest strengths are her honesty and tenacity. I'm a typical needy buyer. Throughout the whole process including months and now years after my purchase she made me feel like family. She always found answers to my questions. More importantly, she made sure I asked the right questions and kept me well informed throughout the process. I never felt like my purchase was about her selling a house. Before Cheri I was in the market trying to buy a house, I had made over 10 offers on homes up to 20k over the asking price. None were accepted. After I started working with Cheri it took less than a week to get our offer accepted for a new home. In this market as a buyer you need a very seasoned realtor with a lot of connections and who knows the market very well. That’s why I’d recommend Cheri to any buyers out there. Cheri is the bomb.com! She postured and our home for sale with every bit of expert advice out there. She encouraged us along the way and when it came time for negotiations, she was the best advocate and advisor we could have asked for. She helped us understand the situation, negotiate our best deal, all the while staying in constant communication with us. Our home was sold the day it hit the market (Cheri was advertising before the day we went on the market) after a back and forth between multiple eager buyers...it was a great problem to have!! Cheri rocks!!

After 20 years in a house and major life changes I was very uncertain about what my next step should be. I contacted Cheri who immediately analyzed my situation and came to the same conclusion as me-time to sell. She evaluated the house’s condition, made recommendations-which I gladly made-and the house sold day 1!! I needed constant reassurance I was doing the right thing and Cheri very calmly provided it.
