Cheri is the top individual sales agent at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Touchdown Home Pros Realty in Morgantown, West Virginia where she finished 2023 in the top 6% of all Realtors in the North Central West Virginia market and in the top 25 Realtors in the Morgantown market. Her achievements have been recognized at the national level with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in 2023 earning the President's Circle award, 2022 achieving Leading Edge Society as well as 2021 President's Circle award. Cheri has earned the Realtor GRI , ABR, GREEN and C2EX designations in her professional real estate career to provide an increased level of expertise to all of her clients. Her extensive knowledge of the WV marketplace and her local community are paramount to the success she has with her clientele. Cheri has volunteered with numerous community organizations and is a member of the Morgantown Board of Realtors Community Social Committee, the WV Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. She is a graduate of the 2022 Leadership Monongalia program in Morgantown, WV. She has been in professional sales for over 15 years, earning numerous national recognitions for her achievements. Prior to real estate, Cheri worked in the medical and pharmaceutical sales industry. She graduated from college in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and Management. While attending college Cheri was a college cheerleader and served as an Ambassador for the business school. She graduated with honors and began her sales career right after graduation. Her experience and training bring excellent communication, negotiation and organization skills to her work. Cheri is a wife and mother of two boys ages twelve and fourteen. When she is not assisting clients, she enjoys cheering on her boys at their sporting events and spending time with friends. She loves cheering on the West Virginia University Mountaineers at live college events, shopping and eating local. She is a great point of contact for her clients helping them make connections in the Morgantown community.
