Cheri is a broker associate with Premier Sotheby's International Realty, which serves the west coast of Florida out of the downtown St. Petersburg office. She has served as president, senior vice president, and managing broker for several top real estate firms and offices in Atlanta, Georgia, in addition to being a consistent top-producing agent with firms in Atlanta, Georgia, and Winter Park, Florida.

As a third-generation native Floridian, Cheri loves and appreciates Florida's unique and fragile environment. Her passion is promoting the beauty of sustainable and environmentally friendly living in the luxury real estate market, which ultimately reaps greater returns for her clients. She is both a certified permaculture designer and Green REALTOR®. She currently serves as the president of the Lake Pasadena Estates Neighborhood Association, the chairman of the City Beautiful Commission for the City of St. Petersburg, and the chair of the Urban Forestry Committee.
