About Cheri

Cheri has more than 39 years of experience in real estate and has consistently been a top producer closing real estate transactions with a sales volume exceeding $895 million. In January of 1993, Cheri earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Among her accomplishments are numerous awards, including RTC (Resolution Trust Corporation) Broker Appreciation Award for Extraordinary Commitment and Professionalism in selling RTC Real Estate; Top Business Solicitor; Team Player Awards; Top Business Development Broker Awards; and Top Producer Awards. Cheri has experience in all aspects of a real estate sale, including being a closer for Southwest Land Title Company, Dallas, TX prior to selling real estate. Properties sold in Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, and Johnson counties. Cheri is a 1982 graduate of the University of North Texas with a BBA with emphasis in Real Estate and a 1988 MBA graduate with emphasis in Finance. Cheri believes in giving back and is currently serving on the board of Cleburne Economic Development Foundation, Cleburne Education Foundation, Cleburne Chamber of Commerce, and Children's Advocacy Center. She is also an active member of First United Methodist Church of Cleburne.
