Cherie Alexander is a seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry, including 9 years in active sales. She currently serves as the Managing Partner for Counts Real Estate Group’s Panama City Beach office, where she leads with a strong commitment to agent development, innovation, and client service.

She is the 2024 Secretary for the Counts Real Estate Board of Directors and a graduate of the CPAR Leadership Academy Class of 2017. Her association involvement includes active roles on the MLS Committee and the Education Committee with the Central Panhandle Association of Realtors (CPAR).
Cherie is married to her husband and business partner, Ben Alexander, and together they are raising two wonderful boys — Landon (6) and Cole (2). As a family, they are actively involved in the autism community, advocating for awareness, support, and inclusion.
Community service has always been a priority for Cherie. She served on the board of the Bay Point Women’s Club for four years, including as President for the 2023–2024 term, and now serves as Past President. She also sits on the Board of Directors for Anchorage Children’s Home and volunteers with Backpack Blessings, a local nonprofit supporting children in need.
