Cherie French

Cherie A. French is a true professional known for going the extra mile for each of her clients. She has been in the industry for more than twenty-four years and earned her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents. Cherie is a native Tulsan, who gives her clients the advantage of detailed attention from an agent who has lived and invested in the community in which they are buying or selling property. Cherie began her real estate career at Rodger Erker Realtors where she received four years of one-on-one training by her Broker. She also developed a commitment to her career and established a strict code of ethics through her association with this firm. Cherie later spent twenty years at Walter & Associates where she gained an understanding of Midtown pricing that can only be achieved by viewing, negotiating, and selling countless homes in the area. Her decision to move to Chinowth & Cohen came after seeing the shift in consumer demand for more extensive marketing. Chinowth & Cohen's full-service marketing department provides the tools and technology Cherie requires to promote each of her listings successfully, as well as implement her expertise fostered after many years in the industry. In addition to her residential real estate expertise throughout the Tulsa metro, Cherie provides design and renovation guidance, a database of qualified professionals to help with renovation projects and consultations for her buyers and sellers.
