First off, Cherri was the 3rd realtor I went through while buying my first home, the following is how my experience went.

Cherri went absolutely above and beyond while helping me get my first home, she was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful.

As someone who was coming from the other side of the country, Cherri went and got me an in depth video tour of the property I had my eye on, she arranged and was there for my inspections, as well as being extremely knowledgeable about the area and good contractors to get the work i needed done, done and was always making sure everything was done correctly and in a timely manner, this included but was not limited to making sure the sellers completely filled out all the paperwork that they had just "X'd" out and making sure the inspectors checked absolutely everything in the house. It honesty felt like she treated it as if she were buying the house herself.

I Highly recommend Cherri to absolutely anyone who is trying to buy a house in Ohio, she was absolutely amazing to work with and If/When I buy another house, she will be the one and only realtor I try to work with out here.

If I could rate this realtor more than just 5 stars I would! She is very professional, goes above and beyond for all of her clients, very responsive and does everything and anything and by anything I mean anything to make sure her client is happy and content with every decision that they have made! She literally is for the people and the happiness within them and not the money like most agents, if you need a realtor she is the one! You will not regret being her client!

Cherri was a wonderful realtor! This was my first time buying a house which of course is a very stressful time, but she made the process so much better. After months and months of looking in a crazy market, we finally got a house that I am excited to move into. Cherri was so understanding and informative and friendly throughout the whole thing, and I could not be more thankful. I would highly recommend working with her if you are in the market to buy.

Highly recommend Cherri, when I was looking for a house to buy she helped me pick out different neighborhoods that met my family's needs and we're generally safer. She also helped me with understanding costs and the various types of mortgages.
