About Cheryl
Eighteen years ago, they decided to move from her hometown of Los Gatos to the Sierra Foothills in search of a better place to both raise their daughter and relocate her husband’s manufacturing company from Sunnyvale. After Living in Tahoe for two years while searching for their perfect foothill location they settled at the Lake of the Pines – Lake Combie area. Here they found a wonderful school district, a wonderful lakefront property (they are still pinching themselves) and the quality of life and recreation they wanted for their family.
She joined Gateway Real Estate some 15 years ago. After working for two years, she decided to specialize in one segment of the market. She felt that trying to cover all areas of real estate in an area this large she did not benefit her clients. At this point, she decided to focus all her attention on Estate and Lakefront properties. For the past 14 years she has been successful in marketing and selling lakefront and estate properties and have been a top producer in this marketplace.
Having owned two lakefront properties in California, she felt she had a great appreciation and knowledge of the lakefront lifestyle and its unique issues. Furthermore, because she specializes in one type of property, she can devote much more time, knowledge and expertise to each one of her clients and properties.
Her family and her reputation in business come first. Her philosophy in business whether representing buyers or sellers is to follow the “Golden Rule” in conduct and integrity.
