I would highly recommend Cheryl Brewster for any of your real estate needs, whether buying/selling or leasing. Cheryl is the most supportive person I've ever worked with! My fiance and I were having trouble finding a rental home on our own because we couldn't move fast enough. From the moment we connected with Cheryl, she stepped into the ring and fought for us in this insane market. Unlike many other real estate agents, she didn't make us feel any lesser of a client because we were looking for a rental unit. Cheryl is extremely responsive and makes sure that every single question or concern you may have is addressed right away. She made sure were fully prepared to pounce on a listing the moment it came onto the market. We put our full trust in her throughout this entire process and she did the exact same for us, which is why I believe we made such a great team and were able to get a rental unit within the budget and area we were looking for. I can't thank Cheryl enough for all of her help, and we are looking forward to using her services again when we decide to buy our first home together!

I truly would love to give a higher than 5 star rating, but unfortunately the system will only let me give an A+ review. The market is rough right now to say the least.... and I am just trying to rent.... We were striking out left and right on our own with the house listings on rental websites. By some amazing stroke of luck we found Cheryl and she was a HUGE help. She forwarded listings the minute they hit the market and after only 3 or 4 days of hunting we managed to find a really nice place in the DFW area. Word of mouth is the best form of advertising, I will be forwarding her contact info to anyone and everyone I know looking for a real estate agent for years to come. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

We were in the market for renting, and at a time when homes are only on the market for about 1 to 2 days and we were not in the local area to physically view homes, so we needed someone who had the inside scoop on homes that had pending applications and what the area is like. We had specifics on what we wanted for a home, to include finding one that allows dogs, has a backyard, includes appliances, and is less of a commute to work. Cheryl found us homes that met that criteria, and we found our perfect rental in Plano. You don't come across too many persons who are in the relator business for YOU, but Cheryl is! She was very personable, educative, and diligent in finding a home that exceeded our expectations and made our move from NY to TX that much smoother!
