Cheryl was the listing agent in a transaction for which I represented the buyers. This is one of my favorites of the year! Cheryl was responsive, pleasant, and cooperative throughout, and the closing went off without a hitch. An often overlooked aspect of choosing a real estate agent is the agent's standing in the professional community. Cheryl is top-notch. I hope to deal with her again in the future.
