I’m not sure how I found Chelsea but I’m glad I did…She is a 15 out of 10! We started looking in for housing in the Orlando area… We felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent.
If I texted her a question or an update she would often respond in 2 minutes or less. Chelsea was always available via phone or text. When you choose to work with Chelsea (and I HIGHLY recommend you do) she will become more than a client to her you become family.

I rarely, if ever, write reviews for any vendors because I am a very busy and active lawyer. After all, that is the reason why I hire a real estate agent so the agent can represent me in such matters and save me time. To give you context, my mother is a real estate broker so I have had the pleasure of interacting firsthand with many agents over my lifetime.

David Wood is such a phenomenal agent that I would be doing the world of buyers a disservice if I did not write this review and highly recommend David to you without reservation. To begin, David understands my needs and is extremely patient. He does not talk me out of my wishlist, unlike other agents. He finds properties that fit my needs. Many other agents actually botch a deal that would have already closed because they breach their fiduciary duty to their client. Instead of negotiating with the counterparty, the agent negotiates with his/her own client. This is the worst kind of agent ever and David is NEVER ever such an agent. On the contrary, David patiently understands and refines my wish-list, and meticulously hunts the MLS and even his own connections to find me the best fit. After he locates the target, he has such a wide network of friends and colleagues, that any agent for the counterparty would be pleased to deal with David personally and directly.

David is an absolute gem and I thank my lucky stars everyday that he is my agent. I would not only use him for every transaction in future but was trying to persuade him to expand his repertoire and start becoming a real estate manager because that is how much I trust him. I trust him not only to search and to close on properties for me, but to manage them afterwards. Someday, he might venture into that space but, in the meantime, I am taking full advantage of his network, expertise, wisdom, patience, and acumen in real estate purchases.

Agents make or break a deal because as soon as you have too many chefs in the kitchen, egos get in the way. In this case, my transaction would have never happened but for David. He is a deal maker. He was quick, decisive, intelligent, and a killer negotiator. As a lawyer, having him negotiate on my behalf rather than my own direct negotiations should paint enough of a picture than any review can do. Even if I were the one personally negotiating, I might not even have made this deal happen because David has a network in Orlando that is unparalleled. Knowing people sometimes is more than half the battle when it comes to real estate. It is NOT just about location. It is about people. People make deals happen.

I am particularly impressed by David’s enormous patience with tough personalities. He remains calm and composed even when there is the pressure of time or difficult parties. It took a year and a half since my first interaction with David for us to close on a deal but in that time his patience and persistence in the mission have never failed me.

Finally, David keeps his eyes on the prize. He does not get mired in petty nonsense. He respects everyone’s time and he understands the end goal. He is such an awesome agent. I could not have asked for more.

Chelsea Feinberg did a great job working with us on a fairly complicated purchase of this house. We live in Utah and were able to close on the house without leaving the state. She assisted us in locating inspectors, appraisers, local insurance agents, etc. and was there every step of the way. I normally do not do reviews, but for Eddie Lopez, I am making an exception. Eddie went above and beyond helping us find our new home. We were on a strict 45-day time line, purchasing the home with a VA loan, which meant time was of the essence. In the local market, homes were selling within hours of being listed, but Eddie continued to encourage us as we began to become discouraged. He made himself available throughout the day and evening to ensure that we had every opportunity to view and put an offer in on properties. Let me start by saying there was nothing about this process that was easy. When I asked David to be our realtor, I knew we were putting him in a really tough spot. But I also trusted he was one of the few who could get it done if it was possible.

Due to circumstances surrounding a divorce, the house we had to sell was in the cusp of going to foreclosure auction. 2020 hit and COVID extended our timeline. The house we listed was not in great shape. It needed work and we had an amazing amount of equity stacked against us.

All of that was known from the start and David still engaged. Once engaged he refused to give up on the sale or the home. I was willing to walk away several times, and due to David’s persistence he could get it sold and out of foreclosure we plugged ahead.

He’s lived in the area for years and knows the dynamics of the area. He knows what needs to be done to walk through a war zone of a sale. He was gracious enough to let me borderline harass him at any hour. But perhaps his most valuable skill was his negotiating. Not only was he able to motivate the seller, he was able to get us into a position that actually locked in the sale of the home. He handled numerous deals, some that ended up falling through because buyers would just walk away- still he continued on and continued negotiating and representing us well.

He’s supported with a great staff. David and his team were instrumental in the sale of our home. Thank you, David and Core Realty team! A big win!
