Cheryl is a graduate of University of Lynchburg with a BA Degree in Business Administration with Marketing concentration & played 4 years on the University of Lynchburg Field Hockey team. She has been a licensed REALTOR® in Virginia for 26 years specializing in both residential and commercial real estate. Cheryl has extensive knowledge & experience with new construction, having been a Class A Contractor herself. Cheryl is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI), and has received her Short Sale and Foreclosure certification (SFR), HUD certification, and is working on her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) certification.
