Cheryl Guzofsky

Cheryl has been in real estate throughout her career. In addition to leading a Colorado-based real estate marketing and consulting firm that ranked among Denver’s top ten advertising firms, she was introduced to home renovating at an early age by a family-owned remodeling business. Cheryl especially appreciates the challenges and rewards of restoring older homes to their original glory. She recently completed the renovation of a turn-of-the-century home in the historic Denver Country Club neighborhood of Driving Park Place. Whether it is a new home or one with memories, she appreciates the nuances and possibilities of each property, as well as the individual personalities of Denver city and surrounding neighborhoods.
